"Discovery of Self-Empowerment" - Concept Photography

This photoshoot is part of "Discovery of Self-Empowerment" project, a Self-Design project with the purpose to empower and regain self-confidence, by following the footsteps of becoming my childhood idol "Girls' Generation", but also embracing my flaws and accepting who I am; photos were not retouched to show imperfection and no filter, unlike the mainstream media where everything is edited to look good. Within this photo shoot that I directed myself, I organised a photographer, videographer and MUA, took part in Costume Design and took a performance workshop learning to maintain my character for the photo shoot. Photos were used further as a life-size poster display in "MOD Degree Show", CD Album Art, and photo cards, as part of the project.
